In Vestroia, Naga a wayward Bakugan was desperate for control, and plotted to seize all of the power of Vestroia for himself. When he tried to absorb the Silent Core and seize its power, the negative energy within the Core proved too much for him to handle. The negative energy exploded and the Infinity Core fell to earth. The creatures of Vestroia started to emerge in battles that came to be known as Bakugan Battles.

One day, some cards began to fall to earth from the sky and kids from all around the world picked up these cards. What the kids didn�t realise was that as they created a popular battle game the cards they were using were corresponding to an alternate world, Vestroia.

The kids became the Battle Brawlers and their mission became to find the Infinite Core and reunite it with the Silent Core in order that balance can be restored within Vestroia. The cards that these kids use represent different characters, different powers and different environments.
